Silverflame's fate, chapter 1

"Silverpaw," she could hear someone calling her name. "Who's there? If you don't come out, I'll find you, and make you wish you've never been born!" she said bravely. The voice spoke again,"don't worry, my name is Firestar. I am a friend, and I need to tell you something ,". "go on." she told Firestar. "And then, show yourself!" she wasn't going to let this voice fool her. A firey ginger tom appeared in front of her. "you look like my brother," silverpaw told him. Firestar ignored her, but went on. "Dawn will shine like silver on the ash, and the skies will come together like fire. You must find Dawnflower from RiverClan, Dawnpelt from ShadowClan, and Ashfoot from WindClan. StarClan light your path," he said as he started to fade. "Wait, come back!" shouted Silverpaw. Then she felt a paw prodding her side. She awoke with a start. "Who's there!" she said, alarmed. "Geez, it's just me," she heard the warm voice of her brother, Firepaw. She turned to face him. "It's just me," he repeated. "Good, I thought ShadowClan was attacking!" She replied, shaking the moss from her fur. "No, but you'll be doing battle training just in case," a she-cats voice spoke. Silverpaw turned to face her mentor. "Dovewing! I didn't even know you we're coming! When are we going to start?" she asked. "As soon as you stop thinking that ShadowClan is attacking!" Dovewing joked. They all purred in amusment, but Silverpaw couldn't shake the feeling about what Firestar had told her. What does it mean? And why did he tell me? Silverpaw thought to herself as she and Dovewing went to training hollow.
